Condor’s Brahman cattle have
evolved from a few high profile cow families of Royce Sommerfeld’s
“Brahrock Stud”, in particular an exceptional polled cow, Brahrock Wattle G 1120
who became the matriarch of Condor with many polled daughters and grand
daughters in the herd (see the Wattle Page). Condor is currently
using this cow line to produce grey polled Brahmans at least equal to the
best in Australia and the USA.
Our cowhorse sires are “C D Rom”
by the renowned Australian Stock Horse sire “Romeo” out of a performed “Fortyniner Doc”
mare. We are very excited about his outstanding success at Reining; the results and photos of this can be viewed in the
Horse Section.
Until his death recently, the imported
Quarter Horse “Doc’s Boab” (full brother to Doc’s
Spinifex
Dec'd), was our resident sire, now his influence will be
felt
through his daughters for years to come.
Our
aim is to provide polled Brahman cattle and Cow horses of exceptional quality and
functional integrity—the cornerstone of both our cattle and horse
breeding programs.
