DISCLAIMER: Please be ready at your scheduled pick-up time. We offer a 60-minute grace period for airport and cruise port pickups. After that:

 

Airport wait fee: $15 per 15 minutes (max 45 mins)

 

Cruise port wait fee: $20 per 15 minutes (max 45 mins)

 

If you're not present within the maximum wait time, the trip may be cancelled without refund.

 

No-shows are non-refundable. Missed appointments may be rescheduled (if available) for a $25 fee.
